The renovation of Guest House at GK-1, New Delhi is one of my first and major project which I handled as a Project Manager. The project value was approx. Rs.1.5 Crore / INR 15 Million and was completed in FY 2010-11;
As the Project Manager I was involved in the Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring activities.
Even the procurement of all movable items was done under my supervision
